Job description
Your mission:
- Respond to active customers of the ProRealTime software by phone and email, follow advancement of their requests to make sure they are satisfied.
- Develop a relationship of proximity and trust with your clients
- Participate in training our clients to use the ProRealTime software and our services
- Participate in continuously improving our software and trading services
To allow you to complete you mission:
- You benefit from internal training about use of the ProRealTime software as well as training about trading to better understand our clients' needs
- You work in a small team and are assisted by more experienced team members
You will be confronted by new situations every day to continously improve your skills.
Votre profil
You have a good working knowledge of computers and new technologies.
You are dynamic, curious, and an independent worker, you want to fully invest your work in a fast growing company.
